Acting on behalf of an educational body handling a public sector TUPE transfer, advising on the TUPE regulations, preparing a procedural plan for handling the transfer, assisting with due diligence, identifying and advising on ETO variations, producing briefing materials, letters, and other relevant documentation, meeting with the trade unions, and staff, and advising on terminations. This was a complex exercise involving 5 different trade unions and took about 18 months to complete. The transfer and changes successfully took place.
